Registration Process

Online Registration

You must register in advance and payment must be received at least 7 days prior to the start of the course so that required accommodation, refreshment and equipment can be prepared. Registrations are not possible ‘at the door’

If you're ready to register for a training course, follow these steps:

1 View the training calendar and make a note of the course's code, date and location.

2 Go to the online registration form. This is an application only! You will not be “registered” until payment is received.

  OR
  1. Download and fill out the training application form. (click here!)
  2. Save the completed application on your computer.
  3. Email the application to us OR print it out and mail it to the address below.
3 Using our Detailed Calendar, find out the cost of the course. Send a cheque or money order for the course fee, in favour of "Scouts Canada" to confirm your seat on the course. Please put the name of the course on the cheque. You will not be “registered” until payment is received. You will receive confirmation of your registration when your payment is received.

 

4 You will need to bring your emergency contact information (or your own copy of page 1 of your membership application form) with you to the course or workshop.

 

5 If you are not currently registered as a member of Scouts Canada, please complete the hold harmless agreement and bring it to the course.
