What is a Wood Badge
Part II?
The Wood Badge Part II is for Scouters who are ready to
increase their confidence and their competence in the
delivery of a high quality program to the youth of their
section. The focus is on advanced program planning,
outdoor skills for challenging activities,
communication, leadership, and team building.
Do I have to take
the course?
No - however, the Wood Badge Part II will give you
the advanced skills and knowledge to fully contribute to
your leadership team as you create more exciting and
challenging programs that fully engage the youth of your
group.

Course Descriptions

These courses require about 40 hours, which
includes one weekend outdoors to complete.
Please Note! The prerequisite
for this course is the completion of the
section's Wood Badge Part I and preferably
one year leadership experience in this section.
