International Participants

           

International Participation at Canadian Events

Scouts Canada is always pleased to welcome international participants at our events. Click here for information about the guidelines and requirements for participation. The requirements must be met before registration can be completed.

 

Note that the International Participation requirements apply to all Scout Canada events with the following exceptions:

 

=      Members of Boy Scouts of America are not required to produce an insurance certificate for Liability Insurance. Scouts Canada already has this on hand.

=      Proof of membership in Boy Scouts of America should be obtained from your local BSA Council Executive in the form of a completed National Tour Permit.

=      Boy Scouts of America groups registering for Canadian events will be required to provide an Organizational Hold-Harmless and Indemnity Agreement signed by a BSA Council Executive. Click here for form.
