Dear Scouters,

It is my sincere pleasure to announce the appointment of Cameron Rzadki as the Deputy Council Youth Commissioner — Membership Growth, effective immediately.

He will work alongside Chris Case, Deputy Council Commissioner of Membership Growth to focus on our Council’s recruitment, retention, and community engagement efforts. As one of Scouts Canada’s 5 Priorities, Membership Growth is especially important in ensuring that Greater Toronto Council will continue to thrive and see success for years to come.

We are glad that Cameron has joined the team to work towards these goals with us. Cameron is currently a Rover Scout with the 153rd Toronto and has been in Scouting since he was a Beaver Scout. He holds an H.BA in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at University of Western Ontario, an H.BSc in Biochemistry from McMaster University and is a recipient of the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Professionally, Cameron has worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bloom Burton & Co., and as a Senior Data Analyst & Research Associate at the Institute for Infectious Disease Research. Cameron is passionate about Scouting and wants to see it grow across our diverse Council. He is excited to support our groups and Areas to drive growth and ensure that every child has an opportunity to participate in Scouting.

Welcome Cameron!

Yours in Scouting,

Spencer Julien
