November 2020: For the most up to date information on Scout Canada property bookings please follow the link below to our website or send an email to: propertybookings@scouts.ca

This page will contain a list of all open and soon to be open Scouts Canada properties!

https://www.scouts.ca/about/camps/overview.html

Please note that at this time, Scouts Canada will not be able to accommodate any 3rd party rentals. If your group is a 3rd party user (Girl Guides, Cadets etc) and have already made a booking for this fall, the booking is considered cancelled.

Also, if you are a Scouting Group and have a booking at a property that is not approved for Phase 1, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

In Ontario, Phase 1 of properties re-opening does not include the use of cabins or any overnight camping (cabins or tents). It does include evening use during the week (Monday to Friday) and day use of sites and fields on the weekends.

Please continue to monitor Scouts Canada’s Coronavirus Update for the most recent information.

Facility Cancellation Policy

If a group makes a reservation and cancels with six weeks or less of the beginning of the function, that group is financially responsible in full. There are some exceptions:

  1. If a group withdraws their reservation, and another group reserves it; then, the original group would be released from its financial commitment.
  2. If you wish to reserve another facility at any of our camps, within the same financial year (September 1 to August 31), we can sometimes transfer the amount owing.
  3. The financial responsibility is in effect for Scouts Canada’s financial year; namely, (September 1 to August 31).
  4. Periodically exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather and certain tragedies, would warrant an exemption.

Scouts Canada reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. (Revised May 2015)

Please note that all cancellations that are 6 weeks or more prior to your booking, must be done in writing by email to cosc.camps@scouts.ca - phone messages will not be accepted.

Scouts Canada, the country’s leading youth organization, offers challenging programs for boys, girls and youth age 5-26 in thousands of individual groups in most cities and towns across Canada.
